Outside Sales
Description: Position requires a motivated individual with high energy and ability to work with little supervision. Individual will be selling and managing existing business, while growing account base and sales throughout multiple regions. This person will review architectural blueprints with customers, gather information required and communicate with his/her inside partner.
Qualifications: This position requires a high school education or equivalent, with extended education in drafting preferred. Individual must have general computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Suite of programs and Mitek software. Must have strong communication skills and math skills, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Inside/Designer
Description: Individual will review architectural and structural drawings, enter information into Mitek truss software, define roof planes, identify bearing points, girder locations, overhangs and other details necessary in designing the structure. Individual will be partnered with an outside sales partner and will provide layouts, technical support and necessary data as needed.
Qualifications: This position requires a high school education or equivalent, with extended education in drafting preferred. Prefer candidate with 1-2 years design experience in construction-related industry. Individual must have extensive computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Suite of programs and good understanding of Mitek software. Must have strong communication skills and math skills, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints. This position requires an individual with attention to detail and who demonstrates excellent organizational skills. Individual must be able to multi-task and be a meticulous note taker.

Saw Operator
- 1+ years of experience with at least one of the following saws:
- Koskovich Omni Saw
- Koskovich Miser Saw
- Alpine Speed Cut and Speed Cut Express
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read production paperwork and layouts
- Understand the need for exacting quality of cut pieces produced by the saw
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Fork Lift Operator
- 1+ years of experience driving a forklift in a production environment
- Demonstrate the ability to operate a forklift
- Job duties would include but are not limited to:
- Pulling lumber for the saw
- Loading and unloading trucks with finished product
- Loading and unloading trucks of lumber and truss plates
- Splitting cut lumber out and delivering to various production jigs
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Truss Assembler
- 1+ years experience assembling trusses
- Ability to identify basic truss components for assembly and read production paperwork
- Follow direction of jig crew leader
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Jig Crew Leader
- 2+ years experience with various types of truss jigs
- Lead a small crew of assemblers
- Perform setup of truss
- Read production paperwork, read a layout
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
